Opening hours:
Tuesdays 4pm - 9pm
Wednesdays 4pm - 9pm
Thursdays 4pm - 9pm
Fridays 8am - 9pm
Saturdays 9am - 8pm
Sundays 9am - 6pm
01. Community Sauna Sessions.
Book an individual seat in a mixed community sauna session in either the horse-box or the cube sauna.
The horse-box seats 6 for a communal session. The cube seats 8 for a communal session.
Our saunas and plunge pools are for guests of 10 years + (under 18s must remain with an adult at all times).
Prices for 50 minutes of sauna, shower and plunge:
Community Sauna Session - £16.50
Private Sauna Hire - The Nook (up to 8 ppl) - £95
Private Sauna Hire - The Nell (up to 10 ppl) - £115
Whole site hire - £210

02. Private Sauna Sessions.
Book all the seats in either sauna for 50 minutes and share with friends.
The changing, plunge pools and showers will be communal for all guests on site.
If you would like to book both saunas please get in touch. We can accommodate up to 18 people across two saunas.
03. Special Event Hire.
Please get in touch using the contact form to talk about private hire for events, team days, sports recovery sessions and collaborations.
